My mom is dying to take DS (15 months) to do something christmasy in the city.
She suggested St. Charles which we did a few years ago but unless I'm forgetting all I see there is trying to keep DS's hands off the breakables.

Purina Farms - some sort of holiday event (not sure what it includes, I just see a billboard for it on my way to work)

There's a holiday open house in Florissant at Nagle's with Anna and Elsa this Saturday morning.
Breakfast with Santa, Eckert's Belleville does a really nice one. The Butterfly House does dinner with Santa, I think. The Magic House is doing a breakfast this Sunday, I think
