What are some good Halloween movies for kids? Mine are 3, 4, and 7 with not a very high tolerance for scary.

Oh fun! Our kids are 3 and 7 but they tend to like scary stuff. A few more tame options would be:
Monsters Inc.
Alvin & the Chipmunks Meet the Wolfman (the cartoon aspect makes it not too scary but there are a couple of parts they may want to skip?)
Toy Story of Terror (a Pixar short film with all the Toy Story characters - I think it’s on Disney plus now)
Spooky Buddies (talking dogs, not scary!)
It’s the great pumpkin, Charlie Brown
Hotel Transylvania (and if they like it, all the sequels!)
Muppets Haunted Mansion (the climax is kind of freaky but the rest is not scary IMO) -

Not a true movie but we always watched a lot of the Halloween shows on all the PBS kids shows - Wild Kratts, etc - think you can find them on their app

We also do a lot of Halloween episodes of shows my daughter already likes. I usually have good luck at getting them on DVD from our library.

My fraidy-cat five year old watched 10 minutes of Muppets Haunted Mansion and still a year later talks about how scary it was so YMMV but tread lightly with that one.

My girls are a bit older, but they liked some of the Netflix movies/shows like "The Worst Witch" and "Witches Ball" - fantasy shows about kids who are witches geared toward the tween crowd.

Curious George A Halloween Boo Fest and The Cat in the Hat Knows A Lot about Halloween are my kids favorites. I introduced them to Hocus Pocus and the Addams Family cartoon movies last year when they were 5 and 7 and they didn't like them as much. Hocus Pocus was a bit scary for them.
