I'm pretty sure you can since it's pure lanolin. If it's safe for the baby to ingest, it'll be safe for their bums! I would only not use it if you are cloth diapering since it'll most likely create repelling issues.

Have you tried coconut oil? Ive heard wonderful thngs about it.

@caffeinated: Yeah good point! I plan to get liners for my cloth diapers. In the mean time I'm using disposable diapers

I've never used lanolin for fear of repelling issues, but we use the Grovia Magic Stick regularly to prevent rashes from flaring up. It's great! I'd like to start using coconut oil as well.
