About 10 days ago I got a mani/pedi and thought it would be my last one before Baby2 arrives. My pedi still looks fresh and good so I thought I'd got get my final manicure today. Some of you know that I get stressed out when I have to choose a colour...ESPECIALLY knowing this could be my last one for a long time.
What should I get: French? Modest and demure? Bright and colourful?

I would go with a nude color, or maybe a light pink, neutral color so when baby #2 comes and you find you're too overwhelmed to remove the color, you won't have such noticeably chipped nails for the first couple weeks of #2's life. 
In exchange for more demure fingers, I'd go wild on the toes!

I agree with @yoursilverlining: about your toys! I actually got dark blue on my toys right before Xander's birth in celebration of having a boy! 
But definitely go french or nude/simple for the fingers so when they chip, it's not too noticeable!

I agree with the above posters! Who know when the next appointment will be, and chipped nails will not be so fab.

When I was waiting for LMW to arrive I got my last mani/pedi. Since I knew she was a girl (and her birthstone is ruby) I got ruby sparkly red on my toes and OPI's "it's a girl" (sheer, pale pink) on my hands!! Loved them!!!!

I ended up with a French on my fingers. I didn't get a pedi since the one from last week still looks good - light lavender.

Nude or pale pink won't show chips as bad when you are changing diapers and washing your hands 24/7!
