Went back to Hong Kong last fall w/ my parents & DH so DH could meet my grandmother and other relatives! Also went to SF w/ parents & sister & DH the same year.

It's tough to do family trips these days; everyone has a different schedule!

Last year we met up with my dad in Thailand.

This year (and last year too) we met up with my ILs in Budapest (but it's really close to us, so it wasn't a "big" trip.

@bluestriped bee: where do you have family in France?

Nothing planned, we've talked about planning a trip for in laws 40th wedding anniversary to Florida. Nothing with my family, my sisters are cheap they never want to go anywhere, and I'm not really a camper (which they enjoy doing.)

We went to Disney World with my dad and siblings last year. We're going to Alaska with DH's family at the end of next month.

My DH's family does a reunion every 2 years - next one is 2015 - Disney!!

We're meeting family in Asheville this summer, then our annual trip with my parents to the beach right after. His parents refuse to go anywhere but the mountains, and refuse to fly (so always the blue ridges), plus his family is pretty cheap. We'll always be doing family vacations with them in either NC or TN. My parents love to travel anywhere, but we're holding off on bigger vacations with them until our kids are older.

We take a family beach vacation with D's family every summer....this year it's late June-early July.

We go to the Outer Banks every year - parents, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins (and now their kids too!)

We usually go to the Jersey Shore every August. But we have to miss it this year because my husband's sister is getting married in August and we couldn't swing two trips in the same month with a toddler and limited vacation time.

@lawbee11: We haven't done one since I was in high school.

We were going to try and do a beach trip this summer but it didn't work, so hopefully next summer. So this summer DH and I invited my parents to come to the beach with us.

@lawbee11: Mine definitely doesn't. We probably last traveled as a family before I even hit middle school!

DH wants to do a family trip with his parents (beachy, probably Florida) but then MIL had a string of health issues and none of us can afford it!

With my parents, we are a but limited because my youngest brother doesn't fly, so it's either the shore or the cape.

My husband would absolutely not want to travel with his family, it would be a clusterf*ck if there ever was one!

We're meeting up at a ranch in the Texas hill country this summer. Last year we combined a family vacation with my sister's graduation in Los Angeles.

we mostly just visit family. we did a family trip with my side of the family when LO was a baby, to northern Michigan. it was beautiful but we all stayed in a large condo and the close quarters were a little stressful. if we had more space, maybe I would like it more. or maybe just going with a smaller group.

MIL wants us to go on a family trip for FIL's 70th bday this year, but I'm not sure we'll have much vacation time to do so, so it may turn into a visit to our house. also I don't think they realize that traveling with a 2-year-old is very different than their norm.

last year we went with Dhs entire family to the beach. We usually do that every year, but we aren't this year :(((. I have a feeling it will get harder and harder from now on since everyone is moving to different areas.

Ca the week of July 4th.
Maybe the Bahamas again for Christmas!

We are going to Texas this summer! It is the first "big" trip we are doing as just our little family. I travel a lot without Dh. This will be E's first airplane trip.
