Last night E and I were talking about her upcoming bday party menu and she reminded me that since grownups would be there we needed to make sure we served coffee and wine.

The other day in the car someone cut me off and I didn't yell/swear or anything but I was like "oh ok that's fine, do whatever you like, etc" under my breath and LO asked me who I was thinking too and I told her the traffic. She responds by sighing heavily and saying "well that's awkward. Weird." lol, stop judging me smalls!

DD recently has become obsessed with how our house is decorated. She walked into the playroom the other day and said "Mommy, who picked this color? I love it!" when I told her Daddy did she then went around every room in our house and asked who picked the colors / why. It was so weird because we haven't talked about painting or anything in front of her!

She has been talking about poop way too much so I told her she can only talk about poop when she's pooping. She's been pretty good about following that rule. And so today when she sat on the toilet she started spewing all this poop talk "I want to give daddy a poopoo cake!" (It's his birthday) "I want to eat poo poo because I haven't had it before" etc. and I was like "wait, remember we're not supposed to talk about poop unless we're pooping" and she said "I am!" Alas she was. And then continues on her poo poo rants for 5 min.

The only one I can think of is yesterday, I was about to head out for a run, and told LO1 this. He goes, "ok, mommy. I need a kiss. And BE CAREFUL, ok? Don't hurt yourself."

Yesterday, completely out of the blue while driving, DS (3.5)says:

"Mommy, when I grow up, will I pee out of my butt like you?"

And then came our first anatomy talk
