DD 1 has a ll bean pair that MIL bought her from Savers. We both really like them!

We had the brown bear ones from Gap and they lasted a few months. The bottoms wore. We just got these at babies r us. The bottoms seem better.

DD wore ones from the disney store this winter that worked great.

My 23 month old wears Robeez around the house. We call them his house shoes.

I am so glad I read this thread...I just had a big DUH moment bc it never occurred to me that there are toddler slippers? We don't wear shoes in the house and have hardwood floors, and LO is always begging me to wear "chooz" and "shocks" in the house, but she slips in just "shocks" and I tell her "chooz" are only for outside. This solves everything!

My kids love the llbean toddler animal paws slippers.

@lamariniere: Do the Robeez you bought have grippers on the bottom?

I am loving the Robeez bunny ones and there are a TON of adorable Hatley ones on Zappos, but none of them have any type of grippers on the bottom. We have hardwood in pretty much our entire house, and my toddler is wild (goes without saying!), so I would love to find a pair that are cute and have some no slip grip on the bottom so she doesn't wipe out running around in them - like she does in just socks.

Any suggestions?

And if anyone has any of these slippers, does your toddler slide all around in them on hard surfaces?

@PrincessBaby: we have all hardwood too and my son never slid in the Robeez. That said, he wasn't really rambunctious as a young toddler.

My toddler has never had an issue sliding on our hardwood floors in Robeez - those are our go-to house shoes. Skidders might be another good option - lots of local preschools suggest kids have a pair of these as indoor school shoes...and while their regular shoes aren't very cozy, looks like they do make fuzzy slippers with the good gripper bottoms.

We use socks with grips on the bottom.

My LOs also wear robeez. They don't make them in bigger sizes so we went online and found some knockoffs on eBay and Amazon for our toddler.
