So DD has a dairy protein allergy and since removing all obvious dairy from my diet (4 weeks) things have gotten alot better, BUT I have NO CLUE what to make for dinner! I've basically been snacking on small things, pb&j and sandwiches because so many of the things I used to make had SOME KIND OF cheese or something in it.

Any other moms have to omit dairy from their diets, what did you eat?
