Hellobee Boards

I only partially finished my LO's nursery (we haven't hung up her curtains yet or finished putting up her wall decorations), but she's still sleeping in our room and I don't plan on kicking her out anytime soon so it's not a problem for us DH was actually telling me how silly it was that I was on his case about getting all her furniture assembled and she hasn't even been in her nursery yet (and she's 4.5 months old!).

Definitely it took us awhile. We didn't have a crib. But we kept the baby in our room for the first six months and only went in there to play before then. We still add little improvements all the time!

We just moved apartments so E has never had a nursery. In our last place she just slept in a bassinet in our room. Now her nursery is filled with boxes. Hopefully in a couple weeks she'll have her own room!

I'm due in 8 weeks and not motivated to do ANYTHING! I don't see it being finished when he gets here...

yup! LO is 4 months old and his isn't done. It's mostly done though. We have to hang curtains, find some type of book shelf/wall shelves, and do the wall art. We have his dresser, changing table, crib + crib skirt and closet all done. Oh, and I have to make his crib sheet.

We waited because he was in our room with us, and because I didn't think I could do a lot without painting the room. But I've found some great ways to add color and fun to the room without paint.

I think nurseries are always a work in progress. I'm always moving things around and trying to figure out what's easiest for me. And now that my lo is crawling I'm baby proofing like crazy!

Our nursery still needs walls! Ha, my son is two months old, and he has a rug and furniture, but he came early, so we pushed back the renovations we had planned. Right now, the nursery is a corner in a huge upstairs room. We'll probably try to get started on the renovations that include building the nursery walls later this month.

Our son was 6 weeks early so the nursery was not anywhere near complete. All we had done was painting. We had been living in the house for 1 month before LO unexpectedly arrived. LO is now a month old and we are almost done.
