LO has croup and an ear infection, so we're supposed to be giving her an antibiotic and an oral steroid twice a day. This morning she spit half of the steroid back into my hand. And just now she spit up after I gave her both. I am beyond frustrated.

She also won't eat. She only wants milk. She will drink a bit of water, but not much. She's barely eaten anything today. She's got a ton of mucus from the cold/croup (this is contributing to her coughing and spitting up) and milk makes that worse, but it's the only thing she'll drink so I don't want to withhold it.

Is there another way I can give her the meds? Can I add them to her sippy cup of milk? She's never going to get better if she keeps spitting them out/spitting up
