Any ideas? Says "locked or disabled." I googled, but couldn't find anything. I did see something that said that Medicare.gov will lock you out if you try to login 3 times without success, and the account will re-open in 30 minutes. Maybe it is the same with HC.gov? I didn't try to log in at all. My husband told me to re-create the account because he heard it would make the signup process go more smoothly, but since we had already used his email account, it didn't work. I tried closing the browser and reopening.
