My LO is a week shy of 5 mo old.
For the past month or so, she has been going to bed around 7:30 and waking around 2:30-3:30 for a feeding. For awhile, she was waking up at 12:30, 3, and 5 to nurse (hello 4 mo sleep regression, I guess you do really exist!), but that seems better now... so just one wake up. However, that one wakeup is LONG. She is nursing for 60-90 minutes and it's killing me! I am sooo tired! I don't think it's comfort nursing because when she pops off, she's frantic to get back on. She seems really hungry. If I try to cut her off before she's done, she starts crying. Is there anything I can do, or is it just the way it is?
I am considering maybe feeding her via bottle and then pumping, since I think that would be quicker... has anyone tried that?
Any other ideas?
