LO's tushy is red 
She doesn't seem bothered by it, but I'm so upset. I can't figure out how she got it, we change her diaper quite often and she's in cloth. My mom's out right now getting her some disposables so we can put cream on her tushy.
What do you do for your LO when they have diaper rash?

Awww poor tushy. No advice since LO hasn't had diaper rash before but I hope it goes away soon. I think Mrs. Wagon did a blog about diaper rashes?

Aww. Sad! LO had diaper rash once because of diarrhea. I just made sure her booty was dry before putting her diaper on, and slathered on diaper rash cream.

Could the irritation be due to teething? As my son has gotten older, he has started to develop diaper rashes when teething. We use EMAB's Angel Baby Bottom Balm with our cloth diapers. We've also had success with CJ's BUTTer with cloth.

@Mrsbells: We have a million different kinds of diaper cream from samples and gifts. I think I'm going to try butt paste, but if they don't work I'll be getting what you suggested, thanks for the recommendation!
@pelikila: She is teething.... but she already managed to get one tooth without any diaper rash. I'm paranoid about using creams with cloth diapers, even though I know it's ok. They're just so expensive I would hate to ruin them! My mom bought 7th generation free and clear diapers so I feel good about that.

@artbee: My son was the same way, first few teeth with no rash but as he's gotten more it has started showing up. Hope it clears up soon for you!

@pelikila: Oh no, that's sucky. Not looking forward to more diaper rashes. It doesn't look bad at all, but it still makes me sad for her. At least next time I'll be more prepared.
