I want a pair, but not sure when I'll get them or what style. I would like something I can use for lots of occasions, so either a pair of nude or black patent.

I dont own any yet but I would love to and plan to buy a pair with my bonus next year. I have 3 classic splurge items that I had wanted to buy before we TTC: classic black patent louboutins, a LV purse and a burberry trench coat. These would by far be the most expensive items in my wardrobe but they are also timeless pieces. I think the rain coat will get the ax since we bumped our timeline up.

So I guess I agree on both fronts. I would spend the money now but only on a timeless piece (nothing too trendy that may go out) but also I know when I have LO's I wont spend the money which is why I want to do it now!

My usual limit on shoes is $100 (unless they are tall boots or something which generally costs more just because of more material) an my normal purses are coach from the outlets so $200-300.

I wanted a pair for our wedding, but the heels were so high that I figured there was no way I would ever be able to wear them for more than a few hours. So I splurged on a pair of Manolos instead--super comfy! I now have 3 pairs, and if they don't fit post baby, I will cry, and then take them the shoe repair store to be stretched!

Maybe one day but then again I'd rather use the money elsewhere. I cheap when it comes to buying shoes. Because I realized I wear flats majority of the time. (easier when a mom) maybe when the kids are older ill wear heels again.

I don't own a pair but always look longingly at them when I pass by someone wearing them or if I see them in a window. But, it's something I would never buy for myself.

No I've never spent more than $50 on a pair of shoes. I was willing to spend around $100 for my wedding shows but found them on sale for $49 so I guess thats always gonna be my shoe budget

I have always wanted a pair- I just dont think I can justify spending that kind of money- although if I won the lottery or something- i would totally get a pair!
You gals that can afford it are lucky!!
