I made a overnight steel cut oats recipe once but I didn't like that recipe! Mason jar overnight oats are much easier!
But I Have a few casserole type recipes pinned.

I made a overnight egg scramble with veggies and sausage. I kept it on low but the eggs were a bit over cooked by the time I woke up

I like this oatmeal a lot. But I find it cooks in a lot less time.

@MaryM: how long do you cook it? That's the problem with the first recipe I tried. It was pretty dried out and burned on the edges for cooking overnight!
Too bad I have no apples or I would try this tonight.

@locavore_mama: I usually cook it for about 5-6 hours on low. I do it during the day on the weekend and watch for when the edges start to brown

I did that one overnight and it cooked perfectly.
