i'm on a mission to do EVERYTHING i can to make our BFP happen, so i'm going to try to loose some weight. i need to loose some anyway, so now's as good a time as any! i've read that following a low GI diet is helpful if you have PCOS rather than just counting calories.

if you've done a low GI diet, how was it? what did your meals look like? did you find it worked better for you than a weight watchers or other weight loss plans? tips?
