@mrs. wagon: mmm I'm thinking of the stir fry lobster or black bean clams or "shanghai" buns from this Chinese restaurant in your ctown. It's next to a bakery!

Soup dumplings!! I think you are in MA right? The soup dumplings at Gourmet Dumpling house are amazing. If you do get them I would love to hear if they survive the takeout ride home.

I could go for some dim sum! Vietnamese is always a good choice. I should branch out and try Korean one of these days.

@autumnlove: @prettylizy: right now the frontrunner is summer rolls, wonton soup, and vietnamese fried rice! I wish I could do pho but it's traveling and where we're eating can't supply a big bowl (and they pack it up in all separate containers... broth, noodles, etc)
@rsp213: I was going to do soup dumplings but the thought of the commute made me veto it!
@bluestriped bee: ooooh dim sum!! I would totally enourage you to try Korean... kalbi is a great start! expensive but sooooo delicious.

We have a few really awesome Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle, but in the International District I always think about the hand pulled noodles. Sad I can't eat them right now

I'm actually getting Chinese for lunch, too! Thai basil clams, bone soup (I don't know what it's called in English), and whole deep fried flounder. Just waiting for C to go down for a nap so I can text my friend a time to meet up!
