I'm finding some software which can help me making my pictures prettier. I heard about Rakuga Cute, Line Camera, Camera360 etc but they're all for mobiles such as Iphone, ipod, ipad or smartphone whatever. But I don't have a smartphone 
So who can give me a link to download something make my picture cutie & prettie with frames, mask...etc on COMPUTER ?
Need you help

I use Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, but it is pretty expensive.

I think there is a free smaller version on their website to try.

I use lightroom also, but it's more for more advanced photo editing.
I know people who use BeFunky and PicMonkey, which are websites rather than software.

@Nora Flumm Ng: Yes, but I was able to use a discount for teachers (they also have a student discount), I think it cost me a little under $100.
I used to have a free simpler version that I downloaded from them several years ago, but I haven't been able to find it for you.
