My son is 15 months and was diagnosed with MSPI at 4 months. I'm still breastfeeding, so I've eliminated soy and diary from my diet as well. Our pediatrician recommended we try both dairy and soy with him. Needless to say I'm scared, but I know we need to try to know for sure.
Any advice on what to introduce first? I've read soybean oil/lecithin is a good start, and yogurt or butter (cooked in something) for dairy. Should I eat the soy/dairy or give it to him? Any advice on what/how to approach? What should I be looking for if he would have a reaction? He has mild eczema, but it's controlled well. Also, it seems that he doesn't tolerate eggs.
