I gained too much weight when pregnant with LO and trying to lose the baby weight before TTC #2 has been kicking my butt. I really want to stay in the healthy weight gain range the 2nd time around and keep up my healthy eating and fitness. I just know that fatigue and nausea wrecked all my good habits the 1st trimester last time and I ended up 15 lbs up in just those 12 weeks.
I'm wondering if any other ladies who gained too much the 1st time around had success in managing it in subsequent pregnancies. It just seems like if I couldn't swing it the first time, how will I be able to when I'm also busy managing a toddler. What were your experiences? Also, I'm just about to start TTC so any tips on things to do now before getting pregnant?
