@Keppa: I agree with @littlek though it can be so hard to keep a good perspective when you are in the throes of TTC. Have you talked to your doctor about your short LP?
@LindsayInNY: At least it will help you stay relaxed!

@sandy: did you call your ob? I'm so sorry about your short period.
@LindsayInNY: Hope your HSG went well!!

I survived! The Valium definitely helped me relax. Honestly, I thought a normal pap is more "painful". This was a longer procedure, but not SO bad. My prior colposcopy/biopsy was worse. But doctor said all looked well - dye ran through both sides without any problems! DH's SA is tomorrow... I hope his goes well!

@LindsayInNY: that's great news! Will you hear any other conclusions or results from the test? Good luck to your DH!

@Crystal: My ob/gyn will get the results too. She's been calling with the results as they come in so I'm guessing she'll call with these too. DH is getting a bit nervous now though... I don't want him to be the problem and he's starting to feel like he is now. =/

@LindsayInNY: I truly think that terrifies most men. FX for healthy results and easy next steps!

@LindsayInNY: I'm so glad you are feeling good about your test. I hope you get the full results soon.
I totally get how guys are nervous about SAs. Its a serious thing! Guy get really serious about all things penis related. Speaking of.... does anyone watch Shameless? Here is a hilarious clip when one character finds out she is pregnant with triplets that I think sums up how much of our DHs want to feel about their sperm.
.
ETA: Sorry if anyone is offended by the language.

@littlek: they basically said short cycles can happen and let's just see what the labs show on Monday for the CD21 test
@LindsayInNY: great news!!!

Because I'm crazy I POAS 7DPO, BFN. Le sigh..... But I do have a TON of creamy discharge. When I was pregnant with B I had a lot of discharge. I know I'm grasping at straws.. But I still somewhat hopeful

@littlek: ooooh, FX! 7DPO is still really early, so don't get too discouraged yet!

ok I am officially joining! hoping we get some Christmas season babies over here.
Cycle: since last summer
Chart: not for medicated cycles (we are doing clomid 100mg/ovidrel/IUI/progesterone again)
POAS/AF date: 3/31 should be late enough to test
Do you participate in March Madness brackets? If so, who do you cheer for? I haven't in a long time. I usually cheer for the Big 10 and randomly for Gonzaga, but I don't really care about basketball.

@Honeygold89: I'm glad you found the clip funny. Thanks for the well wishes to us TTCers. And congrats to you on your beautiful new baby.
@littlek: You know 7dpo is way too early to feel any disappointment at a bfn. Your symptoms sound hopeful!
@bhbee: so glad you are joining us!

In the meantime we had ou second charting lesson today and it seems I will be abl to go back to the clinic in May instead of June for treatment! Very happy right now!

I somehow missed this thread, so I'm late to the party. I am trying to not be so focused on TTC and counting days and stressing, but miss the support of all of you, so I am here.
Stats:
We're on cycle 11.
Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/kg2014
I have been fighting off some kind of virus so my temps are a little wonky. I ALWAYS O on CD14-15 and was doing mouth breathing due to congestion on CD 17-18. I am trying to remind myself that symptom stalking is useless when you're sick.
I am trying to hard to focus on other things, so that if AF comes, I don't feel like everything I do is a failure. If I am working on other things like getting the house organized, that will still be there for me regardless of TTC status.

@AmeliaBedilia: ️ the support is what keeps me coming back, especially wonderful women like you all that can understand how I'm feeling. Great idea to organize, I'm going to follow your lead on that and do some organization myself.
@Snowdrop: I'm so interested to hear about your charting methods and journey. I'm glad you are sticking around.

@littlek: OMG! Creamy CM is SUCH a good sign and 7DPO is crazy early. I'm very hopeful for you. How fun would it be if you got KU just before your assisted cycles. FX!
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@AmeliaBedilia: awww I BFN does not mean you are a failure... There's a lot of luck on TTC.. You will get your BFP!
GOLD / squash / 13576 posts
@MrsMccarthy: thanks! We'll see. If not, I have scheduled BD for next cycle and feel like we have a good plan.

@Crystal: @littlek: Thank you ladies! I was going to stay away from this thread but I would miss keeping up with you all plus I want to be here when you get your BFPs

@littlek: cute pic!
DH is the sweetest.
Tonight I was relaxing on the couch, and he came over and kissed me, then walked away. A second later, he came back and kissed my belly for luck. ️

@Crystal: aww that is so cute and sweet, he is going to a wonderful daddy. I hope this month!
nectarine / 2192 posts
11DPO- my temp usually drops but not always. It is up today(see above link). I have been sick and slept very poorly, so tryin not to get my hopes up. I need a distraction, and unfortunately, work will probably be very slow due to the snow storm we got yesterday.

I feel like @AmeliaBedilia: as I"m a little late to this party. But I have had a TON of crazy shit going on the last couple of weeks, but it's time to focus and almost time to get down to "business!" Yesterday was CD 7 and my last day of 100mg Clomid this time, after a Provera induced cycle post unsuccessful 50mg Clomid cycle.
Cycle: #5 ovulatory, #7 if you count annovulatory, and Month #12
Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/43cf10 (totally forgot to temp this morning!)
POAS/AF date: TBD, depends on if Clomid works this month or not.
Do you participate in March Madness brackets? If so, who do you cheer for? I do, go Cyclones!
persimmon / 1259 posts
@littlek: Fingers crossed, sounds promising!
@snowdrop: Thanks for being such a sweet and supportive cheerleader!
@Crystal: That was so sweet of your DH, may it bring you lots and LOTS of luck!
grapefruit / 4028 posts
Thanks, all! He keeps asking me when I can test and seems really excited this month.
If its a BFN, I don't know how I will break the news... he wants to be a daddy so badly.
How do you all stay positive? I did an early HPT today that resulted in a BFN, and its getting me down.
