Ugh, went to a naming ceremony (Indian tradition) today and wasn't quite prepared for the mass amount of babies and toddlers that were there... was rough, felt very lonely as DH couldn't make it. Almost cried on the way home - stupid hormones.

@amreis: thanks... yeah I think it's exacerbating the situation right now. Hopefully the excessive hormones mean a resolution one way or the other very soon.

Eek! I'm so excited - all shaky! My DH is skeptical abt this cheapie test and was totally weirded out when I posted the pic up here. But now he is asking what the "bloggers" think. Lol

@Pirouette: lol - actually this morning before the BFP. I ordered the empire waist in a 6 and the one I liked better in a 4 and 6. Jcrew apparently has a liberal return policy, so I just went for it.

I'll play this month (month #3 TTC baby dos)... if it doesn't work, we'll take a couple months off since C is a January 2012 model, and we need to spread out the birthday/holiday money a little.
O date is mid-month (our 3rd anniversary), so POAS date should be 3/28ish.
Definitely kind of nervous about TTC, last time we didn't get our BFP until month 11. I'm working on losing a few pounds of fluffiness since that seemed to help last time around. I. hate. working. out. so. much. But a new little one is so worth it!

@BlueberryPie: As DH put it this weekend - he feels like we're shooting at a moving target. I'm on CD45, not sure I've ovulated (I don't think so) and the EOD sex is tiring at times. He wants to focus more on just getting my cycle to normalize right now. Would've been nice for my ob/gyn to mention that this might have been an issue...

@LindsayInNYC my doc told me to go off BC 3 months before I want to TTC... but seeing examples like yours makes me think I'll go off even sooner and let my cycle regulate while using other forms or protection until we TTC. Good luck, hopefully even though it's a long cycle you still get your BFP!

@LaughLines: I want to kick her for not giving me the heads up! She basically said as soon as I go off it, I could conceive. Well, technically yes but she should've mentioned the other scenarios. A lot of people regulate within 1-3 cycles. I knew this was a possibility, just didn't expect them to be *so* long! I think 3 months is fine beforehand though.
