@theotherstark: Thank you! According to my lines I have a feeling I will get my Peak Fertility tomorrow!! Yay!

@Brawly: I was just curious because it can cause delayed ovulation when you are nursing while TTC. Actually it bodes well for you that you aren't nursing and have had lots of time for cycles to regulate. Your LO is so cute!

@MrsMccarthy: Aw! Thank you! She is my for sure!
I am thinking my delayed O was due to the antibiotics I was taking (I had a sinus infection two weeks ago, just took my last one yesterday)... because that is the only thing that changed this month and I am pretty much like clockwork regularly.

@mfa_lady: That is what happened with me last cycle (and I O'd on CD 49). I got three days of positive OPKs. The first day the line was the same as the control, and the next two days it was darker than the control and I O'd on the third day. Looks like you're probably just ovulating late this month, keep BDing!

@Aria: Thanks, girl! This is my first full cycle post-MC (I miscarried, had one AF soon after the MC was over, and this is the cycle that started with that AF)....so it's not surprising that it's all whacked out. Looks like I am at least trying really hard to ovulate....so we're BDing away! So far, I got two days of lines same darkness as the control, and this is my first one with the test line being darker. We BDed two nights ago and tonight....so HOPEFULLY that's O-2 and O. That wouldn't be too bad!
honeydew / 7295 posts
@mfa_lady: it's very possible that your body is gearig up p ovulate several times but hasn actually done so yet. Are you still BDing? I would if I were you. You can get a positive OPK when you are pregnant because LH mimics HCG but a pregnancy test would still be the most reliable thing for HCG even though it might not be quite as dark. I would get busy if I were you. http://babyandbump.momtastic.com/trying-to-conceive/770787-5th-day-opk-row.html

@MrsMccarthy: Hey lady. Thanks for your response! We are BDing still--and I got a negative FRER with FMU yesterday. I didn't do OPKs around the time I would have ovulated earlier in the cycle (they hadn't come in yet!), but I did have one day of EWCM. So, who knows. I think I'm still out of whack, but I hope this is the real deal this time!

@mfa_lady: I think I recall bushelandapeck having a similar cycle just before her BFP. Don't lose hope! FX!

I am so hormonal and am acting like a total lunatic today. Woah. I won't let myself test. I won't let myself test. I won't let myself test.

@MrsMccarthy: Thank you so much for the encouragement! My fingers and toes are crossed over here!

@winniebee: Thanks, lady!! As for the "I will not test..." -- how many DPO are you?
honeydew / 7295 posts
@winniebee: I am totally convinced you are KU. Not sure why exactly. It's just one of those weird feelings. I guess we will find out shortly. I hope I am right.

Cheering everyone on!!! I have decided to "give up" this month. When I say that I mean that I am not going to take any clomid, not going to worry about anything an just see what happens. We are still going to bd on our good days and since I am very regular I wont need to take opks. Anyway, since we can't have an IUI until July, we are going to put any further meds etc on hold til then.
With that said..... baby dust to everyone!!!!

@fotolori1: I hope that doing "nothing" ends up doing something for you. At the very least I hope you get a bit of relief from the constant management of ttc. Of course I really jut hope you come back here with a surprise BFP.

@mrsmccarthy: me too! I am just so tired of it consuming me every thought, every time my fiance are together anymore it seems like a business arrangement, temping, having to remember meds, opk's and everything else. I just need to breathe!
Good luck to you!!! I'm sorry I don't always get to contribute to everyone's conversations on here, I am usually on my phone and responses take so long!

@fotolori1: wishing you the best of luck!!! I feel the same way about taking the meds! I'm thinking I might only do one more round of clomid.

Another positive OPK this morning. I hope I actually ovulate! I'm worried because I've had four in a row--two with the test line as dark as control, two with the test line darker than control.

@mfa_lady: that's weird.. either (1) your body is gearing up for O and not or (2) your pregnant... when is the last time you took a HPT?
pomegranate / 3921 posts
@littlek: I'm okay with either of those options! Haha. I think what I'm most scared of is that I'm NOT ovulating post-MC...I hear stories of girls whose bodies keep trying but it just doesn't happen. Ack.
I took a FRER on Wednesday morning and it was negative. Today is CD 39.
ETA: If my first guess (OPKs hadn't come in yet) on ovulation (based on timing of last BFP cycle and CM) was right, today would be 15DPO.)

@fotolori1: good luck and I hope not trying works
@mfa_lady: are you just using wandfos as an opk? I always used a digital opk when I thought I had a positive on a wandfo

I'm out of control! My official POAS date is 3/10. But of course I decided I had to use a FRER this morning and it was neg. 11-12 DPO. And now I'm sad and convinced I'm out. Have had very sore boobs, cramping, a little faintness, etc. that I was hoping were "symptoms" but of course are likely just indicative of AF being on her way! Wish I hadn't tested and could have just spent the weekend like a normal person. Someone talk some sense into me

@mfa_lady: Yay for either option!
@winniebee: FX
@fotolori1: Hope that nature works in your favor.
Twiddling thumbs over here. Trying not to emotionally invest in either outcome, so hard for me since I like to have everything planned out.

@Gigi2: It is not over until AF shows! You can still enjoy your weekend..just put the sticks away.

@littlek: My SIL is visiting this weekend, so I will probably wait until Sunday to use another FRER. I only have two left!

@radish thank you! I need to lock the sticks somewhere and give DH key. I thought I had some self control, but clearly not!
pomegranate / 3921 posts
@winniebee: I only have Wondfos right now. Might be worth getting a pack of digitals for next cycle!
@Radish: Thanks, girl! Hope you get good news soon!

Step away from the stick! Step away!
So I brought an OPK to work today. I keep forgetting to do it at home, and then it gets to be too late when I remember. I guess I will stick it back in the wrapper and sneak it back to my desk...

@mfa_lady: you have soooo much restraint waiting until Sunday. That's two whole days away!
@snowjewelz: gross but true, I have a jar that I put on top of the toilet seat as I leave in the morning. That way, I can't forget when I'm busting to pee after getting home from my commute.
pomegranate / 3921 posts
@lilyofthewest: Haha, you give me too much credit! I just tested on Wednesday morning (with FRER) and I REALLY don't want to buy more tests this cycle!!
wonderful kiwi / 23653 posts
@lilyofthewest: YESS that's what makes me forget b/c I get home and I'm like ahhh I gotta pee, and then I'm like crap! By the next time I want to pee it'll be too late! Oh the life of a TTC-er
pomegranate / 3921 posts
@dc yoga bee: Thanks, girl. I am not super hopeful since I've been getting regular BFNs...but I could have ovulated late! Either that, or I'm about to ovulate today/tomorrow....and honestly, I'll take either one!
