This is in "natural childbirth" but really I mean it for any kind. I wanted to see if we could put together a master list of *everything* and *anything* you could do to prepare yourself for labor. I am one of those people who likes to feel like I am doing something. And it will be nice to be able to think "okay, I've prepared for this!"
