    @jhd: I binge watched all three seasons. It was so hilarious and so on point. It was also nice to see she got pregnant after a 1.5 years. Gave me a little bit of hope =]

    So I just took a test, even though I know it's early. I can't help myself! I've never actually tried to get pregnant before, so this is new to me. In the past, we weren't trying but weren't being careful either, so both pregnancies were a surprise. I didn't think I could be pregnant until my period was late. Thinking about being pregnant before my period is due is exciting!! But I think I might be going a little crazy taking a pregnancy test already. My period is due on either 5/11 or 5/12, so I'm about a week early. I'm pretty sure my test was negative. I tried to squint and look for a line, but I don't want to see something that isn't there. How soon does it typically show as positive?

    @aprild: You are testing wayyy too early! You will drive yourself crazy
    3-4 days before your missed period is a good starting point if you don't want to wait until the day your period is actually due.

    When did you ovulate?

  4. cat620

    pear / 1809 posts

    @mrskansas: I know it's early, but it's so hard to wait!! I believe I ovulated either 4/25 or 4/26. My cycles are typically about 30 days long.

    nectarine / 2813 posts

    @aprild: Well if you did ovulate then you are either 9 or 10 DPO. There's always a chance it will be positive this early but I'd wait a day or two and use FMU. Good luck!

    So, I took a test this evening. fished it out of the trash three hours later and I can almost see a line and I can *almost* convince myself that there's a line. Its probably an evap.

    I'm so ready for af to get here but I have a feeling it may drag out after all. My bleeding stopped yesterday but was back this morning, only when wiping. And it's cramp city. I got a couple more ridiculous super squinters which could potentially still be leftover hcg or maybe a chemical during this messed up cycle. I'm so over it!

    @periwinklebee: GIRL!!! Yes!!! I am so excited for you!!

    @Coral: let's see that test!

    Thanks for checking in everyone, you guys are awesome. I'm doing well, bleeding is pretty much done in the same amount of time as my usual period. I didn't get over to the office to draw my levels due to work getting SLAMMED but I am hopeful I can do it Monday. I bought new OPKs from a different cheapie brand called iProven which has great reviews. Illlet you all know how they are! I normally have long cycles without Clomid with an O date around CD23, so it'll be a minute. 🤞🤞🤞 For everyone!

    Last night's was definitely an evap because today's is very very negative. At 11 dpo, I am sure I would have a line of some sort even if very faint. Funny thing is, every time I have detected O in the past, I have gotten pregnant (3 times, 2 ended in loss) and have never known how long my luteal phase is so...I guess that's a silver lining?

  28. mrskansas

  29. Umbreon

    clementine / 854 posts

    @periwinklebee: congratulations!!

    This cycle has been wacky again. I'm 16 dpo, I usually get AF on 14 or 15 dpo. I had a fair bit of spotting on 14 dpo and barely any on 15. I took a test this morning and BFN.

    I don't get it. Why us my body torturing me like this. I tracked O through opks and temping so I don't think I'm wrong.

    Oh and my temp is still on the high side but had been slowly declining. So I guess that's a bad sign.

    @Coral: I'm sorry I hate evaps

    @Umbreon: I hear you limbo is the worst. Because even when every sign is against me it still messes with me to not just see af and be done!

    @bhbee: exactly. In the 15 cycles we've been trying this is the first time this has happened. I was really expecting to see a BFP this morning. I guess I just need to wait and see what happens.

    @azjax: @bhbee: @Mrs.Panda: @Coral: @mrskansas: @Umbreon: Thank you After back to back losses I know a positive test doesn't necessarily mean much, but thankfully I'm not feeling terrified either, just pretty neutral. We'll see if it gets darker... It does seem like I have been getting a post-loss fertility boost, so really grateful for that...

  35. periwinklebee

    grapefruit / 4466 posts

    @bhbee: @Umbreon: I'm sorry about the limbo. I know it sucks. Thinking of both of you.

    @Coral: I believe there was a thread a couple of days ago with a bunch of people who did not get bfps until really late. I know sometimes hope just makes it worse but you're not out til AF shows!

  36. periwinklebee

    grapefruit / 4466 posts

    @knittylady: aw, thanks I thought I would feel terrified but so far I'm feeling ok, more just detached. Planning to take it one step at a time and just see if the line gets darker in a few days.
