    It's official, AF is here. I seriously just want to go cry somewhere. It hit me hard this time because she was late and this cycle was so different from the others.

    @Umbreon: I'm so sorry. I know exactly how you feel, and it sucks. It sucks so much. Infertility is such a major raging bitch. Hang in there.

    I'm out. Today is 12dpo and I tested negative. I'm not even going to bother holding out hope AF stays away. Every month is seriously the same thing. It's onto cycle 14 for me. We're being screened for a clinical trial next month that will offer 3 IUIs after 3 months on study without a pregnancy. So...I guess there is that.

    @Umbreon: I'm sorry. It's so cruel when AF is late when you're trying to conceive.

    @Tionn3: I'm sorry.

    Good luck with the clinical trial. I don't know much about them, but that sounds promising if you could end up getting 3 IUIs from it.

    @Tionn3: thank you. It really sucks. I'm trying not to show DH how upset I am because I don't want him to feel worse. I'm just so sick of this. Good luck with your clinical trial. I have a referral to a specialist but I don't know the date yet. Usually we get something in the mail with the details. I have an ultrasound at the end of the month so the specialist appt probably won't be until June, but they'll have all the results from our tests by then so hopefully they can help is right away.

    @PeaceLily: @dc yoga bee: thank you. I really appreciate the support.

    @Umbreon: Did you DH get his SA done? It is literally the easiest thing to do first.

    I love being in this age of technology! Less than 6 hours after leaving the RE, I do have a confirmed PCOS diagnosis (I imagine based on the number of follicles in the ultrasound). Hubs and I still have our appointments later this week and then hopefully next week or the week after we (well I'll be going alone since hubs will be across the country) will have another appointment to decide what to do going forward!

    @bhbee: I would be feeling crazy too if I had those symptoms and AF hasn't showed up to put me out of my misery. Sorry you're in limbo!

    @Mrs. Oreo: thanks lady. I've talked myself out of testing again because I've realized I'm hot because I'm actually sick

    @Umbreon: @Tionn3: Sorry about AF

    @Tionn3: that sounds promising about the clinical trial...

    @bhbee: I'm sorry you're sick, yuck, hope you feel better soon...

  15. Umbreon

    clementine / 854 posts

    @Tionn3: no he hasn't. He's been so busy at work that he hasn't had time to go. But he said that he's going to call soon. I don't think we'll get the results ourselves though, I think they'll go straight to the clinic. I never got any results from any of the blood tests we did. I think it's a Canadian thing or just how they do it where I live at least.

    @periwinklebee: I didn't have any symptoms when I got my bfp. I only knew I could be pregnant because my period was late.

    @StrawberryBee: Sorry to hear about your ankle, but that's exciting you are closing!

    @periwinklebee: That line looks good!

    @LindsayInNY: @Umbreon: Sorry to hear AF arrived

    @Tionn3: I hope everything goes well with the clinical trial!

    I just got AF this morning, so I'm out this month. My cycle was a couple days shorter than I expected, so I think I was a couple days off when calculating my ovulation date. It's okay though. This was just our first cycle trying. I have a wedding on Saturday, so I'm going to take advantage of the open bar

    Nothing exciting here. Waiting to O in the next couple of days then onto the TWW!

    @periwinklebee: Congrats!! Lines are looking good.

    @aprild: Sorry about AF, but have fun at the wedding!
    @Umbreon: I'm sorry about AF I had a really long cycle last month too and it was so confusing.
    @Tionn3: I hope the trial pans out for you guys.
    @Marfi: glad you got a diagnosis so quick!

    I've been totally lurking on this thread, but following along with everyone. Hopefully next month will be luckier for many of us!

    AFM, I wish I had gotten my act together and ordered more OPKs bc I had a 35 day cycle last month and have no idea really what is going on with me so far this month. Based on my last month my POAS date wouldn't be til the end of May. We just DTD every other day starting around CD8.... the past two days I'm having some weird indigestion that feels like a trapped burp so of course symptom spotting even though I know it is way too early for any symptoms. But it is weird so we'll see if it means anything...

    I know it's early but here's June's poas thread for those of us ready to move forward. I am still going to participate here, too.

    @petitenoisette: It's always such a mystery when a certain symptom that's not usually there in any cycle just pops up and lingers. It definitely makes the symptom spotting madness!

    @Coral: Yay! Thanks for starting it early! I like following alone here because I feel so connected to so many of you, but I'm on a prescribed break from TTC until next cycle which starts halfway through this month. It'll be nice to have somewhere to park my crazy

    This isn't symptom spotting. Maybe more like....environmental surroundings spotting? All day today and yesterday I came across so many things pregnancy related (shows, movies, random people at random places). Right now I'm watching Mike and Molly and it's the episode where they're getting a baby. Hmmmm?!

    Smiley face on the digital OPK today so we BD before I left for work this morning. I'll plan on BD tomorrow too then it's on to the TWW and hopefully not drive myself too crazy in the process. Hope everyone is doing well today!

    @bhbee: This morning, DD pointed at my boobs and said milk. She's 22 months and we weaned at 17 months. No idea where that one came from! (Oh, and AF is here so it's not like I'm pregnant and don't know it yet LOL)

  34. bushelandapeck

    pomelo / 5720 posts

    @bhbee: thank you!!

    @bhbee: @LindsayInNY: I weaned my DD at 23 mos and she's 31 mos now and still asking for milk. Lol. Yesterday she told me she had a baby sister in her belly

  35. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

    @bhbee: no that definitely doesn't help!

    I'm 7dpo today and itching already to POAS. 😏 My temp dropped on 5dpo and 6dpo, but this morning it rose a bit. Hopefully it keeps going up. They say not to over analyze each temp but I'm gonna do it anyway!

    @Mrs. Oreo: what day are you testing

  37. Mrs. Oreo

    pear / 1677 posts

    @bhbee: I should test on 5/25. SHOULD. But I might test this weekend. Dare I do it on Mother's Day?!

  38. bhbee

    cantaloupe / 6086 posts

    @Mrs. Oreo: 5/25! Ha. I vote Saturday 10dpo is early enough you could see something, but you don't have to be too sad if you don't. Then only test on Mother's Day if you saw a line the day before. Just a suggestion

    You must test at least by this time next week.
