Trying to start getting ready for when I return to work from maternity leave with DD2 - I am also trying to overhaul my eating habits...unfortunately the rest of my family will not be adopting my new habits.

Wondering for you meal prep super stars out there...do you have a routine to it? i.e. do you always make certain items or certain types of items each week? Or is it totally different each week?

I will need to meal prep for my breakfast, lunch and two snacks a day. Breakfasts I have covered...snacks I am ok with also - but I am trying to figure out how to keep lunches interesting!

I'll do some minimal dinner prep on Sunday...but in general my meals are either super easy, crockpot or one DH can help with/get started before I get home with the girls.
