I've been wanting to get K one of these for awhile, and now that she can actually walk and reach it, I'm thinking of ordering it. She always tips over and falls with the cheap plastic one.
Does anyone have this AND wood floors? Have you had issue with the cart scratching up the floors?

@shopaholic: we have it. Kids love it and haven't had problems with it scratching up our floors.

@shopaholic: not so much the floors, but it will mark up walls/doorways if you have a LO who likes to crash into things

Jealous - that's the one I wanted too! I ended up getting a really cheap colorful plastic monstrosity at a garage sale though. L loves it like crazy, so at least it was a good purchase!!

We have it too and while it is a very popular toy among my daughter (two years old) and her friends, I don't love it. It has damaged our walls in a lot of places due to her driving and she has tipped it over before. I actually had to put it up because my son (one year old) constantly tips it over but he uses it to pull himself up to stand still. I don't have wood floors so I can't comment on that.
The front peg thing between the wheel catches on other toys as she walks which is was typically causes it to fall over.

@shopaholic: the kids tip it over purposely, but he hasn't gotten hurt playing with it.

@mrs. bird: @MrsHotDog: I did read about that in reviews. I'll probably put some bumper pads on it. I also hope she'll only play with it in our sunken living room, so not too much wall space to bang?
@swurlygurl: It's a good deal right now on Amazon! Our plastic one is so crappy (gifted), the handle clicks down with the slightest pressure and she can't walk with it. She'd fallen on her face on the handle part too many times, I only let her play with it on the rug now.

I wanted this one for its aesthetics, but DH was worried about the damage it would cause to walls and doorframes. I think we'll be cashing in our Pampers points for the plastic one instead.

I have this and wood floors - the floors are fine. The issue is the metal banging into the wall which I hadn't thought of! We had some foam wrapping that we taped to the front and corners to protect against the impact so it's been fine, but a non metal cart would have been smarter.

We have this and wood floors, and it's fine.
We have had issues with the walls though (tight corners in our house).

We have this and they have never banged it into the walls. They love it!
