I need help!
I bought these boneless pork cutlets (about 1.5 inches thick) at Costco and my husband has said he doesn't like them because they are too "porky." I need to use them up, so I have 2 for dinner tonight but I don't know how I can prepare them so they're more subtle. The last time I made them I pan seared them and then baked them alongside apple bread stuffing. I was thinking maybe I should slice them and stirfry them?
Tues/Thurs: out
Wednesday: I am off, so I might peruse the grocery store for some inspo
Friday: pizza

@looch: I'm not a huge pork fan but when we make them we buy a pork rub from the spice aisle and it makes it taste really good! It totally masks the "porky" taste, you can just taste the rub.

@HappyBaker: hrm, interesting. I have to look up rubs and see what I can concoct from my spice cupboard!

@looch: I literally have no idea what is in the one we use, but its sort of spicy and red looking if that helps? Ha!

@HappyBaker: I am guessing paprika! Which I have a full container of!

@looch: Could you stuff them with something to make them seem a little lighter? Or just half them to make into cutlets and prepare as usual.....flatten them for schnitzel stuff.
