Has anyone else had this symptom and gotten a BFP? I've had it twice today and it is driving me nuts because it tastes like I'm chewing on tinfoil. I'm trying so hard no to symptom spot.

Yes. Yes I did. It drove me nuts for about a week and a half, I bet. Totally got a BFP and it went away after that.
ETA: the metallic taste went away, not the BFP. lol

Yes!!! At the very beginning I had a metallic taste in my mouth and no idea why =)

@MrsH: a few days after I conceived (maybe a week before my BFP) EVERYTHING tasted bitter! Even cake!
Not sure about the metallic taste though! Good luck

How many DPO are you? I've read it's a common early symptom!

I had this before my BFP.

I had this symptom for the entire first trimester! It would be really pronounced after meals. Chewing mint flavoured gum helped.
