Very odd, but my mouth has been tasting like blood for the past few days. Not sure if it’s pregnancy related or not. Anyone else experience this?

Your gums are more likely to bleed while pregnant, I think because of extra blood flow. Could be that?

I had a very metallic taste in my mouth a couple of weeks ago (around 37 weeks) that lasted a few days and I think it was either my gums bleeding or a result of some really bad heartburn.

I had the same thing when I was pregnant with LO. Metallic taste for awhile, my OB said it was normal.

@CatchAFallingStar: if you mean a metallic taste, then yes i had that throughout both pregnancies. Nothing could get rid of it

I had that from week 6 to the very end.
