We just started doing this (LO is 14 months old). We don't do a MOTN feeding, but we switched up his bedtime routine to brush after his evening nursing. Before it was pjs, nursing, bed, and now we do pjs, nursing, teeth, story, bed. It's been a couple weeks since we started doing this, and now whenever I take him into the bathroom he says "feefth". It takes him a little longer to fall asleep that it used to, but it's been working out pretty well.

For the MOTN feeding, is she falling asleep while eating? Maybe you could keep a night light in the bathroom and quickly brush her teeth in the dim light after the feeding?

ETA - do you need to do the brushing during the bath? We just give LO his own toothbrush to hold and he's happy for us to brush his teeth with the other toothbrush.

We brush their teeth twice... once after bath, and then again after a bottle!

Maybe brush in the morning too?

From what I understand, having BM on the teeth is not the same as food/juice/etc. we nurse until drowsy still at almost 20 months so we brush her teeth before we go into her room for diaper, Jammies, and nursing.
