Agggghhhh, I have one! I read to apply heat then get her to nurse. Does this work? Or do I need to sterilize a needle and get to work, lol?

Moist heat like a hot washcloth helps, and nursing to see if your LO can clear it. Also keeping a cotton ball Soaked in olive oil to help soften the blister. If you can see the blister and it's stubborn, you can sterilize a needle and carefully pull outward and then pump or nurse right away... Hope you get it cleared soon!

Ugh I get these all the time! They're always flush with the nipple so a needle doesn't help. I will kind of pick away and clear away the skin after nursing or after a shower, but otherwise lots of nursing and pumping usually is the only thing that unclogs it for me.
