Anyone else have a mini crib (or a combo crib and changer that needs a shorter changing pad)?

Do you alter "regular" sized sheets and bumpers and quilts, or do you go somewhere specific for mini crib sized items?

I just found a really cute set at Babies R Us, but I fitted it to the mini crib in the store (same as ours) and the sheet was TOO SMALL! Where do you go for your mini crib items? (Or, where do you go for other non standard sized baby items?)
