@mrsjyw: yepp! It was the first thing DH noticed after LO was born. I can't really see it but my parents and DH both do.

My LO has one elf ear, pointy with the tip folded over. It's on the same side as her tweaked toe so we figure she was laying on that side in the womb.

They are both the same - but they are both pointy elf ears and flat on the sides - like @MaisyMay: described!

DH has one ear that is higher than the other on his head. LO has the exact same situation going on

Both of mine have mismatched ears!!
One of Wagon Jr.'s ears is convex where it should be concave-- in the "bowl" of the ear right next to the hole. I think it formed that way because it was squeezed up against the side of the womb so tightly.
One of LMW's ears is a tiny bit folded over along the top, making it slightly pointy!
My kids were cozy in my belly! haha.
