I think it would! We have all the Hape furniture for an old 80's doll house but I think I remember the rooms being about 8-10 inches tall and that seems like what the PB rooms would be too.
We also have some called "Wooden Wonders" which sometimes are on sale for cheaper than Hape and basically the same thing -

I bought that furniture and wooden people for our potterybarn house and it’s been great!

We have Hape furniture and people for our no-name wooden dollhouse and it works (but I don't know about sizing of the pottery barn dollhouse). We also have HABA dolls and furniture that fit nicely.
