After a couple of weeks that seem to have been one thing after another my mommy anxiety is at an all time high. I fret over EVERYTHING ... DH keeps reminding me I need to be thankful that LO has small issues (eczema, mspi -we think - , gassy) and nothing major and I know that is true. Plus the MSPI has me freaked. He does seem to feel better but now anytime he is gassy, has a greenish poop, etc i am like " omg did i accidentally eat something bad ?!" On some level I need to accept that I am doing the best I can an that things are never going to be perfect and I need to let go !
How do you deal with mommy anxiety ?
Other than that, it just took time and learning to roll with the punches. You're doing great, and it's normal to worry. I recommend taking a date night, though, so neither you nor dh feel neglected through all of it.
