Does your husband have any support around to help while you're away or does he do it all on his own? Is he okay with it? Does he hate it when you travel?

He's mostly on his own (daycare pick up, drop off, and regular care). His sister lives near by but she's busy with her own three kids. Sometimes he will join them to let her play over there for a bit.

On his own - I think its good for him to be a Full time parent once in while

He's been on his own when I've traveled for work. He doesn't like how tiring it is, as we normally split everything, but I think he enjoys the alone time with DS. He actually hasn't traveled for work yet since DS was born, so I've never solo parented!

He does it on his own. He manages perfectly fine!

This is something we're currently trying to figure out! I'm due in March and my job requires travel at least once a year and we don't really know what we'll do if I'm required to travel after baby (likely I will have to a month after I come back).

I don't travel frequently but when I do, DH has help from one of our moms - generally going over there for dinner. He doesnt the bedtime and morning routines on his own though.

He does it on his own without issue. He doesn't love when I travel but he is fine in general with it.
