LO is red under his testicles. 
we change him often and pat him dry before putting on a new dipe or cream. I noticed it yesterday and have been putting Desitin on it but it isn't getting better yet.
Anyone deal with this ?? What helped your little man ?
ETA: we use pampers swaddlers

I like triple paste. We put it on about every other diaper change and he hasn't had a rash in a long time.

my husband calls his scrotum the "poop catcher". an amazing amount of poop gets caught under there. can you give him some air time to help? the desitin might take a couple of days to work. my LO had some diaper rash when we first brought him home and i think it took 2 days to clear up with desitin.
i put coconut oil on him for every diaper change, but i'm not sure that makes a difference--he's only had 2 very minor rashes, but i don't know if i can attribute that to the coconut oil.

Make sure he is super dry and use plain old Vaseline. If you CD stick some coconut oil on it.
