I don't think so!
Poop is always getting around and under my DS' balls.. NOT easy to clean!
Maybe it's because I had my DD first, but I vote girls are easier to change!

Well we only have the boy but I heard horror stories about all the places poop can get into girls...we were horrified! At least with our boy it all stays on the outside! That said sometimes the poop gets all up in the wrinkles of his sack, and I never feel like I can get it clean enough unless I bathe him.

I have a boy, but we are often with friends w/ baby girls and I end up changing them a fair bit, and while I agree that it can be so hard to de-poop some wrinkly baby boy balls, I appreciate the fact that you can wipe in any direction and don't have to worry about always going front to back.

Have both and I loved not having to worry about wipe direction or poo getting in places it really shouldn't be with G. With P her poop gets all kinds of everywhere which always has me worrying about things like UTI's, especially since she can't tell me when/if something is wrong.
Definitely vote boy!
