How much would you gift for a Baptism?
-Its a family member's child
-Parents are holding a brunch after church at a nice restaurant
-Myself, DH and LOs are going
How much $$ would you put in the card? I was thinking $75??
I also wanted to add that it is out of state (not far though) but we will be getting a hotel room so that kind of factors into the cost of everything.

I usually do $100 for close family/friends. $50 for not so close.

We just had my son's Baptism and we received on average between $50-$100 from our guests so i think $75 is perfect! $50 would have plenty in my eyes though too if thats what you chose to give.

I like to give round numbers so I say $80 or $100 since you have to stay overnight!

If it's your niece or nephew, I might bump it up to $100 (MAYBE, not definitely) and any other family member, I think $75 is perfect. $50 would be OK too, I think.

I gave my nephew $50 because my brother consistently skimps on gifts so I didn't feel the need to do more than that.
