I like writing out monthly updates for the kids, posting them, saving them, and using them in our yearly photo albums. I prefer to do the same format / prompts.

For 0-12 months for LO1 I just wrote down likes, new skills, and memories. I also included height and weight if we had a recent dr appt.
For 12-24 months for LO2 I wrote Likes, Dislikes, Top 3 foods, New skills, Funny habit, and Current challenge.

Any other ideas/prompts/topics to incorporate, especially for an infant?
