LO slept through the night, 2-3 sessions I would start being concerned about their teeth (if LO has them) that much milk at night could cause issues according to my dentist SIL.

She didn't night wean until after a year old.

My kid was not sleeping through the night at 6 months old and she would have 2 feedings, sometimes 3. My pediatrician was fine with this.

We bed share, but my 10 month old still nurses throughout the night. I would say one to two times between 7:30pm and 7:00am. Re: milk affect on teeth, I was under the impression that didn't apply to breast milk and/or that was a myth. I will have to research it more because it isn't something I'm knowledge on, tbh. I think k night nursings at 6 monthsis totally normal though.

My 13 month old still nurses once overnight several nights a week! At 6 months, it was still 2-3 times.

My son was bottle fed, but at 6 months he was usually getting up 1x a night to eat. He started going more and more nights without eating around 6 months and eventually stopped waking up around 9 months.

My 18 month old still nursed 3 times including bedtime at night. He was Failure to Thrive and we knew he got calories that way. He just ate constantly during the day and at night. So he needed the calories. Even when we weaned (2 years old), he would wake up at least once a night and eat a snack (seriously).

My 15 month old nurses 3-4 times a night.

Lo didn't sttn til 13.5 months! At 6 months he was up 2-3 x a nighg

LO usually nurses once a night. Maybe once a week it will be two times overnight. He's 7 months.

I definitely nursed my #1 multiple times a night at 6 months!

Lo nurses at 5:30 am and then falls right back asleep till about 8am when we get up for the day, so I'm not sure if that's considered a overnight feed, but if so, she gets up once or sometimes twice (once in a while she wakes at 1:30 too) at 10.5 months old.

At six months she was for sure getting up at least twice a night.

1-2 MOTN feedings from 5-13 months. Totally normal!

@Rainbow Sprinkles: Welllll okay...She was waking up just once starting when she was like 3 months old until 5 months. Then I decided to try doing Whole 30 and my supply dropped majorly. Emmy started waking up to eat 4+ times at night- probably because she wasn't getting enough during the day. So I stopped doing Whole 30 and my supply came back but her nighttime nursing habit stayed. So she'd still eat like 4 times at night but then she wouldn't nurse/be easily distracted during the day. It was a nightmare. After her ped appt on Monday I felt comfortable trying sleep training with her to get her back to nursing during the day more (it was so uncomfortable..she'd latch for like a minute or two at each nursing session during the day- I was majorly engorged). We started that Monday night and last night she only woke up once! Long story short (lol) she's back to 1 feeding which I'm totally fine with. I figure she'll probably drop that one by herself whenever she's ready!

And her appt went really well! The NP was impressed with how well she's sitting up, she weighed in at 17 pounds exactly and 26 3/4 inches. 70th percentile all around! How was M's??

C was FF, but she dropped her night feed at 6 months and started STTN.

DD night weaned at eleven weeks but I think that was more unusual than a six month old having a night feed.
