We read books to the kids together these days (3 1/2 and 5 1/2) and they both love The Book with No Pictures and all the "Elephant and Piggie" books by Mo Willems. Also, this random book we got about Disney Fairies - I don't know why they love those stories so much!

LO 1 loves Pinkalicious and Elmer books. LO 2 likes Dr. Seuss books and Brown Bear!

LO is four and she loves Elephant and Piggie books. She reads Piggie and makes me be Gerald. I love reading together this way. We have about half the series checked out from the library right now! I'm also reading The Boxcar Children to her and she loves it. We tried The BFG but she was too scared.
LO2 is 10 mos and loves Dear Zoo and Peekawho and any other interactive book!

My daughter is only 18 months, her favorites right now are Good Night Little Green Monster and any of the Karen Katz Lift a Flap books especially Where is Baby's Dreidel? and Where are baby's Easter eggs?

My 4.5 yo doesn't have a favorite, he loves all the books.
My 19 mo doesn't gravitate towards any specific books, but loves any stories with animals, so Monkey Puzzle and Little Blue Truck are in heavy rotation.

Both of my kids are loving their Pete the Cat books right now.

All the books... Seriously. This kid spends all day wanting to read or be read to. She loves real pages the most vs board books but she will sit still for board books easier. We have a bookworm and I love it.

Do is into the Diary of a Wimpy Kid books.
M is finally into the stage where he's walking up to US with a book to read. It'll be interesting to see which book he likes the best.

We have to look at it first thing every morning and every night before bed. He likes to hug the sheep dog with the furry chest. It is adorable. (He's 13 months and OBSESSED with dogs). -

My son is really into monster trucks and superheros, so we have been reading those.
My husband makes a lot of photo books of places we visit, so we add text and read those too.

We have been reading Tarzan for the past 2 weeks. She loves to see him grow up through the story and fall in love with Jane. We read a section, then she reads to us. Its really cute.

These days she will take out a stack of 10+ books and insist that we read them all!
