going out to lunch today and after looking at the menu I see a salad I can have - but it comes with goats cheese which I love. But - not sure if I should have them omit it.

Yay. Goat cheese is not "dairy" in the sense of cow's milk.

WHAT. I just ended three months of dairy avoidance and it never crossed my mind that I could have goat cheese. But of course it makes sense. WHAT. My mind is blown. Anyway I'm back to eating whatever so it doesn't matter anymore!!

@coacheswife123: but I guess some babies who are dairy intolerant can be goat milk intolerant too! So proceed with caution. And no, I was ecstatic to realize I can have goat cheese!

DH is lactose intolerant but he can tolerate goat cheese.

Ooooooh! I never even thought about goat cheese! This gives me options for DD's first bday festivities.
