I got all my info from weddingbee. But there wasn't really that much to do/know. Once we sorted out LO's formula it was NBD until we started solids. Then we just avoided all dairy and soy, which meant no packaged foods (mostly). Sort of annoying but also healthier. At 9 mo we got the go-ahead to try small amounts of baked dairy from our ped. At 12 mo we got the okay to start trying actual milk products (first yogurt, then cheese, then actual milk). That all went fine (woot!). We haven't really done anything specific with soy. Once she seemed to be okay with milk we just stopped reading labels. We don't eat a lot of soy (like soy milk, edamame, etc) so she hasn't had a large quantity but I'm sure she has had small amounts in packaged or restaurant food and so far hasn't had issues (knock on wood) so I'm tentatively assuming she's over it now at 15 months.

I was advised to cut dairy & soy from my diet just over 2 weeks ago. My LO is EBF. To echo previous posters, MSPI Mama and her "Quick Start" recipes have been great.
I was seriously overwhelmed for the first week but have gotten into a better groove. My LO wasn't sleeping well and wasn't taking naps for over a week, but after the new diet he is a much happier baby who can sleep again! So that gives me more time to spend on making food. A positive feedback loop!
Those first few days were the hardest. You can do it!!

Sorry to hear you're having to deal with this! Dd was mspi, but I stopped nursing her last Nov so I'll try to remember what I can.
Chipotle has most things d/s free. Chili's has a comprehensive allergy menu you can request. Chick-fil-A has grilled nuggets, fries that are d/s free.
I second mspi mama blog. Lots of good info. Amy's has dairy free burritos that I ate a lot. I ate a lot of just meat, veg, potato. Rudi's bread is what I ate for bread. Nadamoo for ice cream. Coconut milk creamer for coffee. Almond milk. There's an earth balance brand soy free butter alternative that was good and you can use to sub for baking.
That's all I have for now and it's super overwhelming, I know. I found out when DD was 2 weeks old and she was my first so it totally sucked. The first 2 weeks were the most difficult. Fortunately, I had 2 other friends with young babies that also were mspi, so I had some people in real life to help and ask questions.
Eta: I was able to reintroduce dairy and soy no problem around 6-7 months old! So it wasn't forever.

I was also super overwhelmed at first, and posted a vent/cry for help here on WB, but after a month or so I had a huge list of "safe foods" to choose from.
Trader Joe's has tons soy and dairy free stuff. And most babies can tolerate soy oil and many can tolerate soy lecithin, even if you have to avoid soy flours and other forms of the soy protein--so that can open a whole world of possibilities.
Enjoy Life has cookies and even candy bars and chocolate chips for baking that are totally dairy and soy free, and most grocery stores have store brand choco chips in the baking aisle that don't have dairy and just have soy lecithin.
Breakfast you can eat oatmeal or the dairy/soy free cereals (there are a lot--the Chex cereals, plain cheerios, Bare Naked granola, etc), or make your own pancakes or whatever just substituting almond milk.
Earth Balance makes a dairy and soy free "butter" in a red tub. You can use olive oil or canola oil in place of butter in cooking.
Fresh french bread sold in grocery stores is usually dairy and soy free. Papa John's pizza can be ordered without cheese and their sausage, pepperoni, sauce, veggies, and crust are all dairy and soy free for when you don't want to cook. Wendy's kid size hamburger buns are dairy/soy free so you can get a kid size burger...their chili is dairy and soy free, too.
