DD is almost 19 months and seems to FINALLY do okay with a bit of hidden dairy. I, however, am feeling kind of gross after eating the same foods
I've always been a bit lactose, and did feel better when off dairy, but I was hoping to be able to indulge in the occasional slice of pizza and yogurt.
All I can think to do is take baby steps, but I'm curious if any of you had troubles post-MSPI and what was your strategy for easing back into it?
Hopefully it will be a bit better in a few months! Also, I unfortunately gained like 10-15 lbs after reintroducing dairy and soy. Yuck. So I've been toying with Whole30/paleo to try to get back on the healthy train. Hoping to do an actual Whole 30 in January!
