This is primarily a question for moms who breastfed and cut dairy and soy from their diets.
For those of you who had babies with a milk/soy protein intolerance, at what age did they outgrow it? Did you test it back into your diet slowly?

It really varies by baby depending on their intolerance, but I wouldn't try any earlier than 6-7 months. Check out the dairy ladder for a methodical way to reintroduce based on better tolerated forms -- http://www.royalberkshire.nhs.uk/patient-information-leaflets/paediatrics-using-the-milk-ladder-to-re-introduce-milk-and-dairy

CMPI baby here, so I still consumed soy, not sure if that is helpful. I started slowly introducing dairy back into my diet when my son was about to turn 1 (so around 11 months), with permission from my son's pediatrician. I would have 1 serving of dairy a day (a lot of milk chocolate in the beginning!) for a week, then up it to 2 servings a day, then 3.
We started giving him dairy from butter and in baked goods around 12/13 months, and then cooked cheese, raw cheese, yogurt, and finally cow's milk. For whatever reason, he started to react to dairy around 16 months and is now lactose intolerant. I still breastfeed and consume dairy, and it doesn't affect him, but he can't consume dairy products. Good luck! I was dairy-free for 10 months.

I tried giving my DS some eggs cooked in z pan with butter around 10 mo and I felt like there was a reaction so I waited until 11.5 months basically. I probably was overly cautious....but I just didn't want to go back to square one. He tolerates everything now.

DS outgrew it around 2. So for all of his nursing time I was dairy free. We don't eat straight soy, and additives like soy lecithin were ok for him.

With my oldest, he out grew it by 9 months. I tested out eating at 6 months and no.... but 9 months worked. He still couldn't eat yogurt until about a year without puking it up though.
With my youngest it was closer to a year.
