Coworkers are taking me out for bday lunch Tuesday and I REALLY want sushi but am dairy and soy free. I prefer sushi rolls. Is it even reasonable to think I could find something to eat if we go for sushi ??

If you avoid soy sauce then that would be okay, right?

I ate sushi. I didn't do any cream cheese rolls or anything but I did do everything else I think. It didn't harm LO and he was pretty severe.
Some sauces have mayo (many do) but I only ever dipped in soy sauce. If you get any "spicy" rolls, I'm sure the spicy sauce had dairy.

@Mrs. Pen: I hope so !
@TurtleDoves: the sauces are what concern me. I do usually get rolls with cream cheese but don't have to. Think I should avoid the creamy sauces as well?

I ate sushi with just wasabi but without soy. I had to avoid California roll (couldn't do mayo because I was egg free). There were lots of things that I could eat there though.
