MAMA!
This morning, just a few days shy of 11 months, BabyGloss called me Mama. DH confirmed that it was unmistakable! IDIE! I swear my heart broke and then put itself back together, only it's slightly bigger than it was before.
ETA: I heard her, I just couldn't see her when she said it.

Congrats!! I'm so jealous, LO said Dada WAY before she said Mama. Probably 4 months between the two!

I love when that happens. I walk away in the store while DH is pushing DS and he suddenly starts going "Mama. Mama. Mama." Trying to find me.

She has been babbling mamamama and dadadada for several weeks . . . but this morning, when DH went to get her out of her crib and bring her to me, she pushed back from his chest, held out her beautiful soft chubby arm and pointed down the hallway to our bedroom and said "mama!"

@MamaMoose: When she first started, she would happily babble dada while she was playing and happy, and she would only babble mama when she was upset or crying!
